Questions before you book

Your stay
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:30 and check-out is by 11:00. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, ask us before you arrive. It depends on availability.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
No. Our rates are per room per night and do not include breakfast. Our restaurant opens soon, and breakfast will then be R250 per person.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes. Parking is free and secured, on the property.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is free in every suite and around the hotel.
Can I bring children or extra guests?
Each suite sleeps up to two guests. Families can book our two Family Rooms, which interconnect, so everyone stays side by side. Please tell us about children and any additional guests before you arrive. Extra guests need our approval in advance and may be charged for.

The hotel, booking and payment
Is the front desk open all night?
Yes. Reception is open 24 hours, so if you arrive late there will be someone to welcome you.
Is there a pool?
Yes. There is an outdoor pool with loungers and outdoor furniture.
Is there a restaurant, and can I eat in my suite?
The Villas has its own restaurant and dining area. The restaurant and room service open soon, and you will then be able to order to your suite.
What is in each suite?
Every suite is en-suite and non-smoking, with a king-size bed (one of the two Family Rooms has two three-quarter beds instead), a desk, a bar fridge, a tea and coffee station, high-speed Wi-Fi and towels. See all our suites.
Can I smoke at the hotel?
All our suites are non-smoking. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the suites or in indoor non-smoking areas.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
If you book more than 7 days before arrival, a 50% deposit secures the booking. Within 7 days of arrival, full payment is needed for us to hold the room. Your booking is confirmed once payment has cleared and we have confirmed it in writing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing. More than 30 days before arrival there is no fee, apart from any non-refundable third-party or transaction costs. From 15 to 30 days before arrival the charge is 25% of the booking, from 14 days to 48 hours it is 30%, and within 48 hours or for a no-show it is 100%. The full details are in our booking terms.
